Charles W. Goss

Charles W. Goss, 85 of Bernville died August 23 in his residence. He was the husband of Frances R. (Andreano) Goss to whom he was married for 63 years. Charles was born in Kulpmont, PA. and was the son of the late Charles H. and Wanda M. (Rozowski) Goss. He was a 1951 graduate of Mt. Carmel Township High School and served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Charles was a truck driver most of his life and last worked for Tri- State Transportation for ten years prior to his retirement in 1993. Charles was a faithful member of St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Tilden Township. In addition to his wife he is survived by his children; Charles A. husband of Audrey (Zeller) Goss, Newmanstown, Wanda S. (Goss) wife of Walter Weniger, Sinking Spring, Gregory J. husband of Kathleen Szabo-Goss, Bernville and Nicole M. (Goss) wife of Kenneth Fabian, Mt. Joy, four grandchildren; Jordan Fabian, Brooke Kreider, Kimberly and Cortney Weniger and two great grandchildren; Kaiden and Maverick. A great grandson, Anthony, predeceased Charles. Mass of Christian Burial from St. Mary R.C. Church and burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
