Cecil G. Solley, 93, formerly of Stony Creek Mills, passed away on Saturday morning, April 2, 2011 in the Laurel Center, Hamburg, where he was a resident for 4 days.
He was predeceased by his wife Jane L. (Fritz) Solley.
Born in Clearfield, he was a son of the late James L. and Emma (Gambler) Solley.
He was the Owner and Operator of the former Solley's Exxon, Stony Creek Mills for many years until retiring.
He was an Army veteran of World War II and the Korean War. He was also a life member of the Lower Alsace Fire Company.
He is survived by his Son: James W. Solley and wife Shirlene of Alsace Township and his Daughter: Beverly A. Rubright of Lancaster.
He is also survived by 5 Grandchildren; 8 Great Grandchildren and 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
Services and Burial will be private at the family's convenience.
