Catherine M. White

Catherine Marie White, 78,went to be with the Lord on July 22 in Leesburg, Florida and formerly of Shoemakersville.   She was the loving wife of Joseph C White. They shared 60 years of marriage together.   Born in Indiana, Pennsylvania on November 25, 1938, she was the daughter of Wasil and Helen Berezansky. She was a graduate of Purchase Line High School.   Cathy loved the Lord with her whole heart and spent her days caring for her husband, studying the Word, and sharing time with her best friend Peggy. Her interests were quilting for her family and counted cross stitch.   She is survived by her husband Joseph and sister Helen Oterson of Dixonville, PA   Cathy loved her 4 sons, Joe, Ken, Ron and Rick, her grandchildren Wes, Sarah,Megan, Josh, Darby, Noah, Jesse, Riley and her great granddaughter Sydney.   Viewings will be held at Burkey and Driscoll Funeral Home 40 S. 4 th Street, Hamburg on Friday July 28 th at 7:00 - 8:30 PM and Saturday July 29 th at 10:00 – 11:00 AM followed by a 12:00 PM graveside service at Berks Memorial Gardens in Fleetwood, PA.   Online condolences may be expressed at www.burkeydriscoll.com.
