Catherine S. Koller

Catherine S. Kollar, 89, formerly of Wyomissing Hills, died May 10 at 9:03 a.m. in ManorCare, Sinking Spring where she had been since February 14.

Her husband Elmer Kollar died January 30, 1997.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Stephen and Dora (Posta) Stefanick.

She was a longtime employee of Car Tech retiring in 1980.

Kollar was a member of St. Ignatius Roman Catholic Church, Whitfield.

She is survived by one sister, Irene G. (Stefanick) Esterly, Fleetwood. There are also 2 granddaughters and 3 great grandsons.

Kollar was predeceased by one daughter JoAnne C. Jablonski on April 21, 1988.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, May 12 at 9:30 a.m. in The Chapel of Resurrection at Gethsemane Cemetery. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St. Ignatius RCC 2810 St. Albans Drive Sinking Spring, PA 19608.
