Catherine M. Kelley, 99, passed away peacefully on December 14, 2015, in her home surrounded by family and friends.

Born in South Philadelphia, she was the eldest daughter of John and Elizabeth Auchinleck (nee, Caffery). She was one of eight children. She was the wife of Francis J. Kelley also of South Philadelphia, who died in 1988. Catherine was a 1934 graduate of West Philadelphia Catholic High School for Girls. She worked for the Bell Telephone in Philadelphia for twenty-five years and was also employed by the Weyerhauser Company in Plymouth Meeting, PA for ten years. She has been a member of Unity, School of Christianity. She immensely enjoyed her travels and visits to family and friends all around the USA and Europe.

Catherine is survived by her five children: Elizabeth, with whom she lived in her elderly years, John P. Kelley recently of Denver, PA, Francis J. Kelley (Marleen) of Douglassville, PA, Kathleen Schoennagel of Munich, Germany and Patricia Hobbs (Ronald) of Shillington, PA. She is survived by nine grandchildren and seven great-grandsons. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Jennifer Schoennagel and her great-grandson, Christopher Schoennagel.

Catherine is remembered for her wonderful spirit of optimism, her quiet but strong presence, her sparkling hazel eyes, a sweet smile and sense of humor. No one believes in 'the mansions God has prepared for us' more than she! She is a wonderful person and will be remembered with great love and many fond memories.
