Catherine L. Eyer, 87 of W. Brunswick Township died February 4, 2016 in Emmanuel Center, Danville, Pa. She was the widow of Charles M. Eyer who died January 3, 2004. Catherine was born in West Hamburg and was the daughter of the late Morris J. and Esther M. (DeLong) Budden. She was a 1946 graduate of Hamburg High School and a member of the Assemblies Of Yahweh, Bethel. She was employed as a sewing machine operator at various mills in the Hamburg area for many years. A son, Kevin C. husband of Rosemary Eyer, E. Brunswick Township and a daughter, Joellyn S. wife of Jerry Sandel, Bloomsburg, four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren survive Catherine. Additionally she is survived by a sister, Fern Shollenberger, Hamburg and was predeceased by a brother, Clarence Budden, and a sister Hazel Budden. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 2:30 P.M. from the Burkey & Driscoll Funeral Home, Inc., 40 S. 4th St., Hamburg, Pa. 19526. A viewing will be held Wednesday from 1:30 until 2:30 PM. Burial will be in Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville at later date. Memorial contributions may be made to Hillside SPCA, SPCA Road, Pottsville, Pa. 17901 or Assemblies Of Yahweh, 190 Frantz Road, Bethel, Pa. 19507.
