Carrie A. Schrack

Carrie A. Schrack, 86 formerly of Auburn died in Rest Haven Nursing Home on May 31st. Carrie was the widow of Leroy W. Schrack who died January 28, 2003. She was born in Penn Township and was the daughter of the late Richard and Lillie (Binner) Kramer. Carrie was a homemaker her entire life and was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Summer Hill, Auburn, PA. She is survived by a son: Terrance L. husband of Susan Schrack, Tucson, AZ., 2 sisters, Sara L. (Kramer) Schaeffer, Shartlesville, Violet (Kramer) Hartman, Strausstown, 2 grandchildren, Trish wife of Michael Schimpf and Michael Schrack both of Schuylkill Haven, 2 great grandchildren, Alyssa and Brandyn Schimpf. Carrie was predeceased by 2 children, Larry Schrack in 2008 and Patricia Schrack in 1945. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 1:00 PM from the Burkey & Driscoll Funeral Home Inc., 40 S. 4th St., Hamburg, PA. 19526. A viewing will be held on Friday from 12:00 noon till time of service. Burial will be in Heidelberg Cemetery.
