Caroline D. Rutter

Caroline D. Rutter, 83, of Spring Twp., died February 13, 2007 in Reading Hospital, where she had been for 3 weeks.

Her husband Leon W. Rutter died July 7, 1987.

Born in Liverpool, PA, she was a daughter of the late H. Curtis and Vertiebelle (Long) Delbaugh.

She was a nurses aide for 12 years for 12 years. Later, she was a clerk in the Bakery Department at Giant, Shillington from 1991 until 2002.

Survivors include one daughter, Noel F. (Rutter) wife of James Loder, with whom she resided. There is also one brother, C. Orville Delbaugh, York and three grandchildren, Zachary Loder, James Loder, and Alex Loder.

Services will be Friday at 12:30 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading. Burial will be in Christ Lutheran Cemetery, Stouchsburg. Friends may call one hour before the service. www.kuhnfuneralhome.com
