Carole W. Seidel

Carole W. Seidel, 78, from the Borough of Boyertown passed away January 20, 2024, in her daughter's Montgomery County Home.

Her husband, Richard B. Seidel, died on September 22, 2023.

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Robert N. and Mildred Edith (Magners) Fulmer.

She was a graduate of Boyertown High School and a member of the Boyertown Marching Band.

Carole was employed by Orthopedic Associates in Pottstown for many years before retiring in 1998.

Carole found joy in solving Soduko puzzles and spending time sailing on the Chesapeake with her loved ones. Additionally, she took pleasure in tending to her garden, attracting hummingbirds. Carole dedicated her time to volunteering for Hospice and Meals on Wheels, going on weekly bowling trips with adults who had disabilities, and offering her support to those in recovery through AA.

Carole's affection for her family, particularly her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, was truly extraordinary. She cherished every moment spent with them, whether it was during holidays, meals, or vacations and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Carole is survived by two children, Timothy J., husband of Kathi Weaver and Linda M., wife of Duane Clifford; three step-children: Blake R., husband of Christine (Moore) Seidel, Shelley L., wife of Robert Pennypacker, and Mindy K., wife of Randy Conrad; and one brother, John A., husband of Claudia (Stoshak) Fulmer. She is also survived by eight grandchildren: Jonathan Cook, Jeremy Diehl, Emily (Weaver) Hess, Justin Clifford, Janelle (Clifford) Schwartz, Daniel Pennypacker, Jordan (Pennypacker) Corino, and Taylor (Conrad) Threlfall; and 13 great-grandchildren.

At Carole's request, services will be private. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading is in charge of arrangements. Online condolences may be recorded at www.kuhnfuneralhomes.com
