Carole D. Rauenzahn

Carole Dianne (Stufflet) Rauenzahn, 75, died April 16, 2010 in her Spring Township residence.

She was the wife of Earl R. Rauenzahn who died February 21, 2001.

Born August 22, 1934 in Fleetwood, she was a daughter of the late Claude F. and Verna (Price) Stufflet.

Carole was a graduate of Fleetwood High School.

She was a U.S. Air Force veteran.

Surviving are eight children: Louis K. Steffenhagen of Pottstown; Marzy W. Steffenhagen of Colorado Springs, CO; Kirk R. Rauenzahn of Oley; Claudia A. (Steffenhagen) Barnett of West Lawn; Verna R. (Steffenhagen) Kinsey of Leesport; Merry J. (Steffenhagen) Junn of Tonawanda, NY; Lisa N. (Steffenhagen) Wasilko of Bernville and Connie L. (Rauenzahn) Gring of Muhlenberg Township.

Other survivors include a brother, Brian Stufflet of Sinking Spring and a sister, Audrey J. (Stufflet) Shomper of Exeter Township.

There are also fifteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren surviving.

Carole was predeceased by a son, Barry L. Rauenzahn.

Memorial Service will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc. 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale. There will be a visitation held one hour prior to the service.
