Carol Ann Snow

Carol A. (Magliato) Snow, 78, formerly of Wyomissing, passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 1 at Phoebe Berks, Wernersville. She was the loving wife of Ronald A. Snow, who she married February 23, 1963.

Born May 9, 1940 in Marlboro, NY, Carol was a daughter of the late Frank and Elizabeth (Pardus) Magliato. She was a 1958 graduate of Marlboro High School.

Carol was a homemaker all her life, and a terrific baker, especially known for her amazing Christmas cookies. She also loved her dogs, and was a longtime member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, West Reading.

Carol was a wonderful wife, mother and grandmother, and will be dearly missed by all who were fortunate to know her.

Family was everything to Carol. In addition to her husband, she is survived by their five children: Larry, husband of Renee, Muhlenberg; Donna, wife of David Fischer, Sinking Spring; Roni, wife of Dave Gehris, Allentown; Lynn Snow, Wyomissing; and Margaret, wife of Tyler Moyer, Sinking Spring. She is survived by nine grandchildren: Lydia and Zach Snow; Mark and Matthew Fischer; Jack, Katie and Leah Gehris; Dylan Laurenzano and Madeline Bainbridge.

Also surviving is a sister, Janet Piper, Pine Bush, NY, and brothers Nicholas Magliato, Highland, NY and Robert Magliato, Marlboro, NY.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, July 6 at 10:00am at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, 740 Cherry Street, West Reading, PA. A visitation will be held Thursday, July 5 from 6:30-7:30pm at Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, 739 Penn Avenue, West Reading, PA.
