Carol A. Myers

Carol A. Myers, 62, died September 20, 2009 in her Bern Township home.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of Lucy A. (Santoro) Setley, of Shillington and the late Bernard M. Setley.

She was a graduate of Governor Mifflin High School.

Carol was employed as a hairdresser and later as a legislative assistant until her retirement.

She is survived by her two sons: Christopher C. Myers, West Lawn and Colin P., husband of Karen Myers, Shillington; her two brothers: David M., husband of Marie E. Setley, Mohnton and Michael A., husband of Yvonne Setley, Bern Township; and her sister, Bernadette M., widow of Edmond Gardecki, Mt. Penn. Three grandchildren, Mitchel C., Andrew P., and Matthew V., also survive her.

A Memorial Service will be Friday at 10 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading. Friends may call one hour before the service.
