Carol A. Diaz

Carol A. Diaz, of West Lawn, passed away November 15, 2013.

Her husband, Carlos Rafael Diaz, passed away March 12, 2013. They had been married for 42 years.

Born January 18, 1954 in Schuylkill Haven she was a daughter of the late George and Marguerite (Strausser) Haller.

Carol was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a wonderful gardener and had a passion for her roses. She will be dearly missed.

She is survived by her three children: John S., husband of Amy Haller; Carmen, wife of William Massie and Angie Diaz, all of Reading. Also surviving are her five brothers: George Haller, Schuylkill Haven; John Haller, Orwigsburg; Wayne Haller, Orwigsburg; David Haller, Pottsville; and Paul Haller, Pottsville; and her four sisters: Helen Baver, Orwigsburg; Joy Wensel, Pottsville; Betty Irizarry, Reading; and Suzanne San Juan, Columbia. Five grandchildren: Eric, Kaylene, Kris, William and Alex and two great granddaughters: Milonee and Jaymee also survive her.

Carol was predeceased by her sister, Bonnie Haller.
