Carmine Borelli

Carmine James Borelli, 87, of Wyomissing Hills, passed away unexpectedly on September 10, 2025. Born in 1938 in Reading, he was the son of the late Frank and Carmella (Riccuhitti).

He graduated from Holy Rosary School, Central Catholic High School, and Jefferson University of Medicine.

Carmine worked at St. Joseph's Hospital, and Ephrata Hospital as a Cytologist and Phlebotomist for many years before becoming a licensed cosmetologist later in life. He enjoyed traveling, and painting. He was known to be adventurous and would try anything once.

Camrine is survived by his many cousins, and is predeceased by his parents.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, 237 Franklin St, Reading, PA 19602 on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 10 a.m., with burial to follow in Gethsemane Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Knight of Columbus.
