Carmen R. Paolini, 77, of Wyomissing, passed away October 6, 2008 in Reading Hospital.
He was the husband of Mary Regina "Jean" (Fleming) Paolini.
Born in Reading, he was a son of the late John and Rosalie (Stella) Paolini.
He was a graduate of Reading Catholic High School.
Carmen was employed for 25 years by Commerce LLC, Baltimore, Md. as a salesman, retiring in 2003.
He was a member of St. Margaret's Roman Catholic Church, Reading.
Carmen was on the board of directors of Catholic Youth Organization of Berks County.
He was an United States Army veteran serving in the Korean War.
In addition to his wife he is survived by three sons, Vince, husband of Ann Paolini, Wyomissing; Chris, husband of Maureen Paolini, West Reading; Michael, husband of Kim Paolini, Sinking Spring and one daughter, Michele, wife of Doug Sanders, Wyomissing.
Other survivors include three brothers, Dr. Mauro, husband of Nelda Paolini, Wyomissing; Robert, husband of Nancy Paolini, Wexford; Richard, husband of Elizabeth Paolini, Muhlenberg Township and a sister, Philomena, wife of Jim Loeper, Wyomissing.
There are nine grandchildren, Kaitlyn; Lauren; Christopher; Andrew; Thomas; Zane; Jake; Stephen and Erin also survives him.
Carmen was predeceased by a son Carmen "Butchie" Paolini and two brothers, John Paolini and Eugene Paolini.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday at 11:00 a.m. at St Ignatius Roman Catholic Church, Whitfield. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery. Friends may call 9:30-10:30 at Edward J.
