Carmen Delia (Torres) Mora, 79, formerly of New York, died October 12, 2014 in her Laureldale residence.
She was the wife of Basilio "Harry" Mora who died in 2002.
Born June 26, 1935 in Naranjito, Puerto Rico, she was a daughter of the late Macario and Antoinia Torres.
Carmen was employed with Visiting Nurses Services, New York and as an administrator with St. Barnabas Hospital for 25 years, retiring in 1999.
She enjoyed gambling and playing bingo.
Surviving are her two children: Steven Mora of Reading and Elaine Mora, wife of Raymond Keiser, of Laureldale.
Other survivors include her siblings: Delin Torres, Ida Kana and Jorge Torres.
There are also three grandchildren: Stephanie Mora, Dominick Mora and Kyle Brown Mora and one great granddaughter, Malaina Coleman.
She was predeceased by six siblings: Celita Torres, Rosita Torres, Angel Torres, David Torres, Franklin Torres and Ruben (Negro) Torres.
Services were held Thursday in Kuhn-Stitzel Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale. Burial will be private in Woodlawn Cemetery, New York.
