Carmela M. Bibbo

Carmela M. (Calabria) Bibbo, 96 of Sinking Spring, died June 22, 2010 in Reading Hospital.

Her husband Rosario C. "Charlie" Bibbo died December 22,2008.

Born in Clearfield, PA, she was a daughter of the late Nicholas and Nancy (Butto) Calabria.

She was a member of St. Ignatius Loyola Roman Catholic Church, Whifield.

Carmela was employed as a baker for Ciotti's Bakery, Reading.

She loved to cook, bake, shop and talk on the telephone.

Carmela was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She is survived by two children, Samuel C, husband of Sandra Bibbo, St Lawrence and Angela J., wife of Joseph B. Koch, Sinking Spring; four siblings, Frank Calabria, Wyomissing, Phillip Calabria, Muhlenberg Township, William Calabria, Exeter Township and Rosarita Miller, Brookfield, FL.

Other survivors include five grandchildren, Samandra Bibbo, Steven Bibbo, Christopher Koch, Donna Ratajczak and Robert Koch and six great-grandchildren also survive her.

Carmela was predeceased by five siblings, Russell Calabria, Charles Calabria, Joseph Calabria, Anthony Calabria and Samuel Calabria.
