Carlos R. Rivera, 87, passed away on Tuesday, December 27, 2022, at the Reading Hospital. He was the husband of Minerva (Gago) Rivera.
Born in Canovanas, Puerto Rico, he was one of thirteen children born to the late Justino and Juana Rivera. After graduating from high school, Carlos moved from Puerto Rico to New York City where he eventually became a barber. Years later, he moved to Reading, continuing his vocation as a barber.
