Carla Mae Lint

Carla Mae (Roth) Lint, 40, of Muhlenberg Township, passed away February 12, 2013 in St. Joseph Medical Center, Bern Township.

She was the wife of Eric Sean Lint whom she married March 4, 1995.

Born March 1, 1972 in West Reading, she was a daughter of Allen Franklin Roth, Jr. of Lebanon and Faye Nan (Weaver) Bagenstose of Muhlenberg Township.

Carla was a 1990 graduate of Muhlenberg High School.

She was employed as a Pharmacy Technician with Rite Aid, Temple for 6 years. Carla ran a daycare out of her home for the past 10 years, last working Tuesday.

Carla was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church, Laureldale.

She was the treasurer of the Muhlenberg Music Association.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter, Dereka Mae Lint of Muhlenberg Township.

Other survivors include seven siblings: Amanda L. (Bagenstose), wife of William Readinger, Jr. of Muhlenberg Township; Keith A., husband of Molly S. (Hermansader) Roth of Shoemakersville; Crystal (Roth), wife of Daniel L. Street of Hamburg; Kevin L., husband of Mary H. (Crosby) Roth of Birdsboro; James D., husband of Lisa A. (Lally) Bagenstose of Laureldale; Sharon K. (Bagenstose), wife of Ronald Miller of Hyde Park and Steven D. Bagenstose of Hawaii.

Carla was predeceased by her step-father, Ronald Glen Bagenstose, who died October 6, 2003.

Services will be Monday at 11 a.m. in Calvary Lutheran Church, 1009 Elizabeth Ave., Laureldale. A viewing will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service, in the church. Burial will be in Berks County Memorial Gardens, Maidencreek Township.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to: Crystal Street Benefit Fund (to help with costs of the funeral and the remainder to be in a trust for Dereka). Donations may be deposited at any Fulton Bank, or a check my be made out to "Crystal Street Benefit Fund" and mailed to 5 Short St., Hamburg, PA 19526.
