Carl H. Noecker

Carl H. Noecker, 86, of Wyomissing, passed away September 23, 2023 in his home at The Highlands in Wyomissing. Carl is predeceased by his wife, Shirley E. (Brossman) Noecker.

Born in Robesonia, he was the son of late Harvey and Edna (Schwartz) Noecker. He attended Robesonia High School before attending Albright College where he majored in Economics. He worked as a District Sales Manager for NCR Corp. He was a lifelong member of West Lawn United Methodist Church. Carl enjoyed travel, golf, people and spending time with family.

He is survived by his three children: Gary Lee Noecker, of Wyomissing; Sheryl Lynn, wife of Dr. Robert Torti, of Frisco, TX and Steven Carl, husband of Ann Marie (Linette) Noecker of Sinking Spring. He was blessed with 10 grandchildren: Sarah (Kyle) Troester, Meghan (Mic) Wendt, Gary Lee Noecker II, Austin Torti, Alexandra Marie Torti (deceased), Rachel Madison (Nick) Hamilton, Weston ( Alana) Torti, Dr. Delaney (Clayton) Torti, Brennan Noecker and Christine Noecker. Carl was doubly blessed with five great grandchildren: Brandon and Isla Troester, Maclan and Miles Wendt, and Cooper Hamilton.

The family will receive friends and relatives on Friday, September 29, 2023 from 10:00 am at West Lawn United Methodist Church, 15 Woodside Ave, Reading, PA 19609. A prayer service will begin at 11:00 am. Burial will be private.
