Carl M. Davis

Carl M. Davis, 86, of West Reading, passed away on Saturday, April 29, 2017.

He was the beloved husband of Deborah E. (Jamison) Bewley.

Born in Kenhorst, he was the son of the late Miles and Emma K. (Graeff) Davis.

Carl was employed by UGI for 45 years. He most recently worked as a courier for Quest Diagnostics where he was employed for over 15 years.

Carl loved to bowl. He also loved playing cards and making trips to the casino with his wife, Debbie. He loved watching his sports, especially the Eagles and the Phillies.

Carl was predeceased by his wife Sarah Davis, his daughter JoAnn Davis, brother Norman Davis, and his former wife Jean Davis.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughter, Donna Lynn, AZ; son, Donald Alan, FL; sister, Shirley Delong, Reading; Nephew, Randy Davis, Reading; stepson, Thomas Grumbine, Sr., Reading; step-grandson, Thomas Grumbine, Jr., Exton; and sister-in-law, Dottie Davis, Kenhorst.

A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, May 3, 2017, at 12 noon in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading. Entombment will follow at Pleasant View Cemetery.
