Bruce Arthur Troelsch, 79, of Reading, died September 23, 2010 in the Reading Hospital and Medical Center.
He was the husband of Joan Rae (Miller) Troelsch, whom he married June 28, 1952.
Born in Bernville, PA on January 30, 1931, he was a son of the late Harold Charles Troelsch, Sr., and Annie (Deeds) Troelsch-Grubb.
He was a member of St. James Church, West Reading.
Bruce was an Army Veteran of the Korean War.
He was employed 27 years as a utility inspector with Firestone Tire & Rubber, Pottstown and later for 12 years as a driver with Kline's Auto Body Supplies, Hyde Park, before retiring in 1997.
Bruce was an avid fisherman and Philadelphia Phillies fan.
He is also survived by three children: Debra A. (Troelsch) Manderewicz of Spring Township; Steven B., husband of Sharon M. (Wawrzyniak) Troelsch of Landisville, Lancaster County and Ronald B. Troelsch of Muhlenberg Township.
Other survivors include two siblings: Eleanor (Troelsch) Schaich of Muhlenberg Township and Catherine (Troelsch) Ganster of Great Falls, Montana.
There are also 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
Bruce was predeceased by two siblings: Marie (Troelsch) Butts and Harold C. Troelsch, Jr.
Services will be Monday at 1:00 pm in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading. A viewing will be held one hour prior to services. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park.
