Bruce E. Schell

Bruce E. Schell, 49 of Auburn died March 26 in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenburg Campus. He was born in Hazleton and was the loving son of the late Walter D. Schell and Marie (Hoffman) Kamp of Hamburg. He attended Hamburg Area High School and was employed by Materion Brush for 30 years. In addition to his mother, Bruce is survived by 3 brothers, Cory Schell and his companion Debbie, Hamburg, Dale Schell and his companion Lisa, Shoemakersville and Eric Schell and his companion Christie, Schuylkill Haven. He is also survived by a step sister Sherry wife of Rick Endy, Hamburg, a step brother, Scott husband of Brenda Kamp, Hamburg and a step niece Jessica Kamp. Bruce was also predeceased by his step father Richard F. Kamp. Bruce enjoyed being in the mountains, his dogs and riding his A.T.V. He was a generous, kind, and a giving person and enjoyed being with family and friends. He will be missed deeply by all who loved and knew him. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 2 nd at 11:00 AM from the Burkey and Driscoll Funeral Home, Inc., 40 S. 4 th Street, Hamburg, PA. A viewing will be held on Tuesday evening from 6:00 to 8:30 PM and again on Wednesday from 9:30 to 11:00 AM. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.
