Brian E. Hesser

Brian E. Hesser, 60, of Spring Twp., died January 7, 2017, in Reading Hospital.

His wife, Terry M. (Ketterer) Hesser, died June 18, 2007.

Born in Reading he was a son of the late Robert and Carolyn (Long) Hesser.

Brian was a graduate of Muhlenberg High School in 1974.

He was a claims adjuster last working for Geico.

Brian loved working on and fixing cars, enjoyed movies, and going to the beach.

He is survived by his daughters, Ashley E., wife of Bobby Kline, Muhlenberg Twp.; and Erin M. Hesser, wife of Seth Brady, Queens, NY. There is one sister Karen Hesser, Delaware. Several nieces and nephews, and two aunts also survive him.

Services will be Saturday, January 14, 2017, at 11 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading, with entombment to follow at Gethsemane Cemetery. Friends may call Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. in the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Humane Society, 1801 North 11th Street, Reading, PA 19604.
