Brent E. Honsberger

Brent E. Honsberger, 52, passed away November 13, 2014 in his Womelsdorf residence.

Born December 30, 1961 in Reading he was a son of Carl D. Honsberger, Shillington, and Shirley S., wife of Jack Bolig, West Reading.

He attended Hamburg High School.

Brent worked in production for Sonoco Products Co., Robesonia, last working on November 7, 2014. He had also previously worked for various restaurants in Berks County including Green Valley Country Club, Chef Alan's, and the Cloister; and enjoyed cooking for his family and friends.

He was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers Fan.

In addition to his parents he is survived by his sister, Jo Ann Lusane, Sinking Spring; his half-sister, Jenni, wife of Steve Topp, Bethlehem; his nieces: Tyann E. Lusane and Miranda M. Lusane; and several half nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading. A visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Charles Evans. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Brent's name to the Epilepsy Foundation, 8301 Professional Place, Suite 200, Landover, MD 20785.
