Bonita May Barnett

Bonita May "Bonnie" Barnett, nee Wadsworth, passed peacefully on April 10, 2025. Bonnie was born and raised in Reading and lived in and around Reading her entire life.

She worked at Northwest Assembly Plant in Reading, Coca-Cola in Leesport, and Caron Foundation in Wernersville.

Bonnie enjoyed raising her boys in Reading. She was an avid dog lover, and appreciated the company of her dog, and sometimes her boys and their families, while watching various game shows.

Bonnie was predeceased by her parents, Wilfred (Wahoo) and Jean Wadsworth and her brother Walker. Bonnie is survived by her sisters, Pat Kimball and Margaret (Peg) Gill, her three sons, Mark (and Sara), Eric (and Denise) and David (and Chatham), and her nine grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at 11 a.m. at Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the Humane Society in her memory. Condolences may be expressed at kuhnfuneralhomes.com.
