Billie Beadle, 90, beloved wife, mother, and esteemed member of the gardening community, passed away peacefully on September 11, 2025, in the care of Berks Heim. She was the widow of William E. Beadle, who passed away on February 25, 2023, after 66 years of marriage.

She was born in Butte, Montana to the late William and Olga Maria (Olson) Dulong.

Billie devoted her life to her family and her passion for gardening. A distinguished Certified Master Gardener and award-winning member of the Herb Society of America, Billie shared her extensive knowledge and enthusiasm for horticulture with others through volunteering her time at the National Gardens at Hopewell Village and conducting gardening demonstrations for senior programs. Billie was also an avid bird watcher.

Left to treasure her memory is her son, David E. Beadle, husband of Tracie, of Columbus, OH. In addition to her husband, Billie was predeceased by their son, Daniel W. Beadle, and her sister, Ruth Dulong.

A committal service will be held at the Sinking Spring Cemetery on September 18, 2025, at 11:00 AM. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc, is entrusted with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed at kuhnfuneralhomes.com.
