Beverly F. Brossman

Beverly F. "Pat" Brossman, 76, of Montclare Street, Laureldale, died Aug. 11 at 1:45 a.m. in Reading Hospital, where she had been a patient since July 23.

Her husband, Jack L. Brossman, died June 30, 1996.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late James and Bessie (Krick) Kantner.

Brossman was a graduate of Muhlenberg Township High School.

She is survived by two daughters, Beverly A. (Brossman) Baker, Laureldale, and Nancy J. (Brossman) Stricker, Muhlenberg Township; and three sons: James R., of Temple; and Terry L. and Michael A., both of Laureldale.

Other survivors include two brothers, Homer Kantner, Laureldale, and James Kantner, Shillington; and three sisters: Ruth (Kantner) Hanley, and Norma (Kantner) Wilson, both of Laureldale; and Doris (Kantner) Hoffman, Temple.

There also are 10 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Services will be Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home Inc., Laureldale. Viewing will be Tuesday from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. in the funeral home. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Reiffton.
