Beulah L. Masser, a retired elementary school teacher, died Dec. 10 at 2 a.m. in Nottingham Village, Northumberland County, where she had resided since May 18, 2000.
Masser, 90, formerly of Arlington Street, Laureldale, was predeceased by her husband, Roy D. Masser, in October 1965.
She was employed for 10 years in various rural school districts in Northumberland County and was last employed for 23 years in the Reading School District, retiring in 1972.
Born in Beavertown, Snyder County, she was a daughter of the late William C. and Florence (Rogers) Lawrence.
Masser was a 1934 graduate of Bloomsburg State Teacher's College and received her master's degree from Kutztown State College in 1964.
She was a member of Faith Evangelical Congregational Church, South Temple, where she was a soloist.
Surviving is a sister, Ethel L. (Lawrence) Bergquist, Port Richey, Fla.
Services will be Saturday at 10 a.m. in the Walter R. Christ Funeral Home Inc., Laureldale. Burial will be at 11:45 a.m. in Christ Church Cemetery, Butler Township, Schuylkill County.
