Betty G. Krick

Betty G. Krick   Betty G. Krick, 87, formerly of Perry Township, a resident of the Laurel Center, Tilden Township, since October 2006, died March 29, 2017, in the Reading Hospital, where she had been a patient for one day.   She was the wife of David E. Krick, who preceded her in death on January 15, 2007. Betty and David were happily married for over 50 years. Betty was also pre-deceased by a daughter, Linda E. ( Krick ) Grim on 6-22-15.   Born October 18, 1929, in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Reuben Hoster and  Grace ( Geibel ) Hoster.   Betty was a very loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, who was truly dedicated to her family.   She is survived by a son, Raymond D. Krick, husband of Michele D. ( Heffner ) Krick, Exeter Township, and a daughter , Cheryl A. Krick, Perry Township.   Other survivors include two of Betty's sisters, Gloria Monde and Catherine Bender, as well as one of her brothers, Raymond Hoster.   Betty had 3 grandchildren: Jennifer ( Krick ) Bolich, wife of Matthew Bolich, Angela ( Grim ) Wolf, wife of Michael Wolf, and Tamara ( Krick ) Horn, wife of Phillip Horn.   Additionally, Betty was blessed with three great-grandchildren: Alexander Horn, Lilah Bolich, and Katia Wolf.   Memorial Services will be on Sunday, April 9th, at the Burkey and Driscoll Funeral Home,Â

40 South Fourth Street, Hamburg, PA 19526, Terrence Meck officiating. Visitation will be from 3:30 to 4:30 PM, with the Memorial Service beginning at 4:30 PM. Burial will be private at the Forest Hills Memorial Park.
