Betty J. Marks

Betty Jane (Rupp) Marks, 82, of Fleetwood, died October 3rd in the Reading Hospital and Medical Center.

She was the widow of William Jacob Marks, who died December 9, 1999.

Born in Wernersville, she was a daughter of the late William and Anna (Ruth) Rupp.

She was a 1942 graduate of Wernersville High School.

Marks was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ, Fleetwood.

She was employed 35 years at the former Fleetwood Craftsman, Fleetwood until her retirement.

Marks is also survived by a daughter, Patricia Ann (Marks) wife of Harold D. Miller of Fleetwood.

Other survivors include a brother, William Marks of Lancaster and a sister, Kharis (Rupp) Krick of Mohnton.

There is also one grandson, David H. Miller of Kempton and one great granddaughter, Samantha Ann Miller of Kempton.

Services will be Friday at 11:00 am in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., Laureldale. Rev. Dr. Barbara Kershner-Daniel officiating. Viewing Friday 10:00 am until time of service. Burial will be in Fleetwood Cemetery.
