Betty E. Basehore

Betty E. Basehore, 86, formerly of Wyomissing Hills Gardens and of Lancaster, passed away February 15, 2008 in Brethren Village Health Care Center, Lancaster.

She was the devoted wife of Paul Basehore, Lancaster.

Born in New Cumberland, she was the daughter of the late Luke and Farie (Fetrow) Gasswint.

Survivors include her son, Dennis W., husband of Kay Basehore, E. Kingston, NH; her daughter, Carol, wife of Paul Glenn, Fort Worth, TX; three grandchildren, Jathan Glenn, Catina Skiles and Weyland Glenn; and five great-grandchildren and one more expected shortly.

She was predeceased by a sister, Geraldine Smith.

Services will be Monday 1:30 p.m. in Calvary United Methodist Church, North Church St. & Wyomissing Ave. Mohnton, PA 19540. Friends may call Sunday 4 to 6 p.m. in Edward J.
