Betty J. Beissel

Betty J. Beissel, 85 of Upper Bern Township died February 18, 2018 in the Reading Hospital. She was the widow of John D. Beissel who died March 30, 1996. Betty was born in Windsor Township and was the daughter of the late Frank and Edna (Balthaser) Yoder. She was a member of Zion's Church, Windsor Castle. Betty is survived by her children, Dale A. husband of Donna Beissel, Wyomissing, Kathy A. widow of Kenneth Long with whom Betty resided, and Betty's companion Gene Garber, Orwigsburg and a nephew, David Yoder, North Carolina. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 11:00 p.m. from the Burkey & Driscoll Funeral Home, Inc., Hamburg.
