Bettie M. Oswald

Bettie M. Oswald, 82, of Pennside, died November 23, 2010 in the Reading Hospital and Medical Center.

Her husband, Richard H. Oswald, died January 3, 2010.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late William and Cecelia M. (Narozny) Dudley.

She was a graduate of Reading High School.

Bettie was a member of St Cyril & Methodius R.C. Church, Reading.

She is survived by her two children: Mark R., husband of Cecelia M. Oswald, Hickory, NC and Lauren L., wife of Robert B. Burky, Sinking Spring. She is also survived by her three grandchildren: Megan K., Christopher R. and Colin A.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. in St Cyril & Methodius R.C. Church, 449 South 6th St., Reading. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park.
