Betsy A. (Albright) Gonzalez, 48, of 4 Meadow Ridge Road, (Alsace Township), Temple, Pa 19560 died of natural causes August 18th in Clermont, Florida while on vacation.

She was the wife of Michael E. Gonzalez.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of Marcia (Hain) Conver of Reading and the late Richard Albright who died September 16, 1986.

She was a 1973 graduate of Muhlenberg High School.

Gonzalez was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church where she was a member of the Vacation Bible School and a substitute Sunday School Teacher.

She worked for 21 years at Agere Systems, Muhlenberg Township, last working in March as a Secretary.

Gonzalez was a representative for local 1898 I.B.E.W. Union, Reading.

She is also survived by a son, Alan M., Seth E. and Collin N., all at home.

Other survivors include a brother, Robert C. Albright of Reading and three sisters, Lisa M. (Albright) Doman of Reading, Stacey L. (Albright) Raker of Laureldale and Melanie L. (Albright) Kummerer of Leesport.

Gonzalez was also survived by a step-father, Charles M. Conver of Reading.

She was predeceased by a daughter, Rachel L., who died January 1988.

Services will be Monday 10:00 am in Calvary Lutheran Church, Laureldale. Viewing will be Sunday 6:30 - 8:30 pm in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., Laureldale. Rev. Grant Wickert officiating. No public viewing on Monday. Burial will be Good Shepherd Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Gonzalez Children's Trust Fund, c/o Millennium Bank, 1200 Broadcasting Road, Suite 101., Wyomissing, Pa 19610.
