Bessie G. Kunkel

Bessie G. Kunkel, 93, of Reading, formerly of Wyomissing and Evans retirement Center died September 26, 2007 in Manor Care, Laureldale.

She was the wife of the late Lawrence W. Kunkel who died September 11, 1985.

Born in Boyertown she was the daughter of the late Harry and Lillie (Fronheiser) Derr.

Bessie was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church, Wyomissing.

She is survived by a son Gerald L. husband of Helen H. Kunkel, Reading.

Other survivors include three grandsons, Jeffrey Kunkel, Terry Kunkel, and Jerry Kunkel.

Bessie is also survived by seven great grandchildren, Jeffrey, Kristopher, Douglas, Holland, Seth, Rebecca and Hannah.

Services will be held Saturday at 11a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home., Inc. 739 Penn Ave. West Reading, PA 19611 Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Spring Township, Friends may call between 10:00a.m.-11:00a.m. in the Funeral Home.
