Barbara Ann Seidel

Barbara Ann "Snook" Seidel, 60, of 722 Georgia Avenue, Riverview Park, Muhlenberg Township died August 21st at 1:14 a.m. in The Reading Hospital and Medical Center where she had been since Tuesday.

She was the wife of Donald Edward Seidel.

Born in Shillington, Pa., she was a daughter of the late Paul and Dorothy (Bitting) Hoch.

Seidel was a 1959 graduate of Governor Mifflin High School, Shillington.

She was a member of Good Shepherd United Church of Christ, Tuckerton.

Seidel was part of the past Championship team of the Womens Bowling League of Berks County at Laurel Lanes, Reading.

She is also survived by a son, Jeffrey Michael husband of Jamie Elizabeth (Readinger) Seidel of Temple, and a sister, Marian Elizabeth (Hoch) wife of Ken Bixler of Shillington.

Services will be Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., Laureldale. Viewing from 9:00 a.m. until time of service. Burial will be in Good Shepherd Cemetery, Tuckerton. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
