Barbara L. Darrow

Barbara L. Darrow, 68, of Muhlenberg Township, died Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at her home surrounded by dear friends.

Born May 22, 1947 in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Thaddeus S. and Mary (Hettinger) Darrow.

Barbara loved gardening, camping, trips to the shore, music, arts and crafts, poetry, bird watching, calls to WEEU and meeting many new friends via internet from all around the country.

She graduated from Reading High School Class of 1965 and was employed by Pennsylvania Dept. of Transportation working from 1966 until her retirement in 2001.

Barbara has no immediate survivors but many friends and loved ones especially her friends at Post Acute Rehab, Dr. Paul Brockman and his staff and Interventional Radiology at the Reading Hospital.
