Arthur F. Weller

Arthur Frederick Weller, 83, of Laureldale died March 20, 2010 in St. Joseph Medical Center, Bern Township.

He was the husband of Audrey R. (Endy) Weller, whom he married September 15, 1951.

Born March 16, 1927 in Laureldale, he was the son of the late Norman E. and Anna M. (Bumersbach) Weller.

Arthur was a 1945 graduate of Muhlenberg High School.

He served in the U.S. Navy during WWII.

Arthur was employed as a welder with Carpenter Technology, Muhlenberg Township for over 30 years, retiring in 1984.

He was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church, Laureldale.

Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.

Arthur was predeceased by his daughter, Marcia L. (Weller) Zimmerman, who died December 18, 2009.

Services will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. in Walter R. Christ Funeral Home, Inc., 3300 Kutztown Road, Laureldale. A viewing will be held one hour prior to services in the funeral home. Burial will be in Laureldale Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township.
