Arthur D. Bauer

Arthur D. Bauer, 79, of Hershey, died October 11, 2008 in Phoebe Berks Healthcare Center.

His wife, Catherine E. (Dunn) Bauer, died July 30, 2003.

Born in West Reading, he was the son of the late Arthur F. and Agnes C. (Orth) Bauer.

He was a graduate of Shillington High School in 1947.

Arthur was a machine operator for Baldwin Brass for 12 years, retiring in 1991.

He is survived by two sons, Michael F., Reading and Forrest T., Splendora, TX. Arthur was predeceased by one son, David A. Bauer.

Friends may call Tuesday from 6 to 8 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading. Graveside services will be Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. in Good Shepherd Cemetery.
