Arline O. Hanahoe

Arline O. Hannahoe Arline O. Hannahoe, 87, Reading, formerly of Pennside, died Dec. 3 in Reading Hospital, where she had been a patient since Nov. 29.

Her husband, P. Joseph Hannahoe, died Feb. 9, 1989.

Born in Bally, she was a daughter of the late John Q. and Mamie (Brensinger) Anderson.

Hannahoe had been employed as a title and loan officer by American Bank from 1968-78. She later worked in sales at the Jeannette Shop, Reading, for 15 years, retiring in 1992.

She was a member of St. Catharine of Siena Roman Catholic Church Chapel, Mount Penn.

Hannahoe was a 1936 graduate of Mount Penn High School.

She is survived by a son, Barry J., Exeter Township, and a daughter, Kathleen H. (Hannahoe) Blaum, Wyomissing.

There are also seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10 a.m. in St. Catharine of Siena Church, Exeter Township. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Laureldale. Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading, is in charge of arrangements.
