Antoinette V. Amole

Antoinette V. "Toni" Amole, 86, of West Reading, died August 26, 2010 in Reading Hospital.

Her husband Luther W. "Red" Amole died May 26, 1982.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Nunzio and Veronica (Fecera) Palumbo.

She was a graduate of Reading Catholic High School.

Toni was employed for many years by Hardesty Quintner. She later worked for VF Factory Outlet for 22 years until her retirement.

She was a member of Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, West Reading.

Toni is survived by two children, James R., West Reading and Veronica "Ronnie", wife of James Schreiber, Scottsdale, AZ; three grandchildren, Lori Ann Amole, Julie Schreiber and Scott Schreiber; and two great-grandchildren, Laken Amole and Aidan Neff Schreiber. Four sisters, Anne, wife of John Wentzel, Palm Coast, FL, Jean Villari, Audubon, NJ, Lori, widow of Frank Tarnoski, Wyomissing Park and Patricia, wife of Thomas Mendel, Palm Coast, FL also survive her.

She was predeceased by her sister, Dorothy M. Reves.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday at 10 a.m. in the Chapel of St. George at Gethsemane Cemetery. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
