Anthony M. Cafurello

Anthony M. Cafurello, 83, died October 25th at 4:40 am in his residence at 1555 Delaware Avenue, Wyomissing, Pa 19610.

He was the husband of Margaret M. (Copenhaver) Cafurello.

Born in Stony Creek Mills, he was a son of the late Serafino and Thomisina (Mazza) Cafarilli.

He was employed 32 years as a salesman for various companies before retiring in 1977.

Cafurello was previously employed for 12 years with the United States Department of Agriculture, Forestry Department.

He is a past Fire Chief of the Wyomissing Fire Company.

Cafurello was also the Charter President of the Wyomissing Lions Club.

He is a life member of the V.F.W. Post #2452, Norwood, Mass.

Cafurello was a Air Force Veteran of WWII.

He is also survived by a son, Michael A. Cafurello of Stony Creek Mills and two daughters, Rosemarie A. (Cafurello) Mills, of Allentown and Rene A. (Cafurello) D'Onofrio of Spring Township.

There are nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

He was predeceased by two sons, Martin A. who died September 11, 1986 and Marcel A. who died July 23, 1979.

Prayer services will be Wednesday at 11:30 am in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., West Reading. Viewing Wednesday 10:30 am until time of service. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Exeter Township.
