Anne E. Peters

Anne E. Peters, 92, of the Highlands at Wyomissing, died Nov. 1 at 1:46 p.m. in the emergency room of Reading Hospital.

Her husband, Robert A. Peters, died March 4, 1993.

Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Marie (Weber) Fogelman.

Peters had been employed for 30 years by Hajoca Corp., Reading, retiring as credit manager in 1972.

She was a member of St. James Lutheran Church, Reading, where she was a past president of the Altar Guild, a former Sunday school teacher for 50 years, and a member and past president of the choir.

Peters was president of the Woman's Club of West Reading from 1978 until 1980.

She is survived by a son, Charles L., Lincoln Park, and a daughter, Milicent L. (Peters) Treat, Myerstown, Lebanon County.

There are also three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home Inc., West Reading. Viewing 10:00 a.m. until time of service. Burial will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Reiffton.
