Anna Rosella Seidel

Anna Rosella Seidel, 97, passed away in Sunday, July 27, 2025 at MIfflin Court. She was the wife of J. Donald Seidel, with whom she shared 57 years of marriage before his passing in 2006.

Born in Shamokin, she was the daughter of the late George and Ida (Schlegel) Smith. She graduated from Reading High School, Class of 1946, and was employed for over 40 years at May's Sandwich Shop.

Anna is survived by daughter, Marilyn Seidel of West Lawn; son, Jeffrey David Seidel of Reading; and grandson, Trevor C. Seidel She was predeceased by husband, Donald, son, Craig, brothers: Robert E., Charles E., John A. and William G. Smith; and sister, Kathryn Hill.

Anna will be laid to rest at Pleasant View Cemetery. Services will be private.
