Anna Mae Pauley Bricker

Anna Mae Pauley Bricker, 98, formerly of Temple, passed away on November 25, 2017, in Berks Heim

Born in Reading, she was the daughter of the late Edward S. and Barbara (Kauffman) Zimmerly.

Anna Mae was a 1937 graduate of Schaefferstown High School.

She was a member of Riverview Christian Fellowship.

Anna Mae was strong in her faith and lived for the Lord. She showed the love she had for the Lord on a daily basis through the way she lived her life. She never spoke a negative word about anyone or anything and always had a positive outlook on life. She was a devoted wife, loving mother, and caring grandmother & great-grandmother. She will be truly missed by all who were blessed to know her.

The family would like to express their deepest gratitude and give thanks to the Staff of Berks Heim, especially on floor A2, for the extraordinary care that was given to Anna Mae.

Anna Mae is survived by three sons: David C., husband of Deborah Pauley, Reading; Daniel L., husband of Michelle Pauley, Reading; and Mark W., husband of Linda Pauley, Sinking Spring; seven grandchildren: Diana, Donna, Dana, John, Lori, Mark, Jr., and Jena; seven great-granddaughters, six great-grandsons, one great great-granddaughter, and one great-grandaughter who is due in February of 2018. She is also survived by one sister: Mildred M. (Zimmerly) Seidel, Lady Lake, FL.

She was predeceased by Edward F. Pauley who passed away on February 3, 1990 and Lee C. Bricker, Sr. who passed away March 22, 2003. She is also predeceased by three sisters: Clara I. Row, Frances L. Rohrbach, and Ruth A. Kunkel.

A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, December 1st in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading. A viewing will be held from 10-11 a.m. in the funeral home.
