Anna M. Faller

Anna M. Faller, 92, of Lower Alsace Township died January 6, 2012 in Berkshire Center, Exeter Township.

She was the wife of Deacon George J. Faller who died August 26, 2007.

Born October 21, 1919 in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Alfonso and Rose (Pitcherello) Angelo.

Anna was a 1937 graduate of Reading High School.

She was employed as an office worker with Reading Company (railroad) for 20 years.

Anna was a member of St. Catharine of Siena Roman Catholic Church, Mt. Penn, where she was also a member of their senior group.

She was also a member of Antietam Valley Women's Club.

Surviving is a son, Karl G., husband of Karen Faller of Folly Beach, SC.

Other survivors include two grandchildren, Joel E. Faller and Courtney M. Faller and two great grandchildren.

Anna was predeceased by a son, Joel E. Faller in 1967 and two sisters, Mary Anderson and Julia Brown.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10 a.m. in St. Catharine of Siena Chapel, 2427 Perkiomen Avenue, Mt. Penn, PA 19606. A viewing will be held one hour prior to mass in the chapel. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery, Muhlenberg Township.
