Anna D. Eyer

Anna D. Eyer, 88 of Hamburg died Friday, December 14th in her daughter's residence in Hamburg. Anna was the widow of Raymond S. Eyer, who died September 16, 1996. She was born in Albany Township and was the daughter of the late Walter A. and Emma M. (Gruber) Gehringer. Anna was a cosmetologist and the owner of Anna's Beauty Shop for 50 years retiring in 1994. She was a member of the First United Church of Christ, Hamburg. Anna was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, Blue Mountain Chapter, 443. Anna is survived by her daughter, Sheila D. (Eyer) wife of Larry Dunkle of Hamburg. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, December 18th at 11:00 AM in the First United Church of Christ, 76 S. 3rd Street, Hamburg, PA. 19526. A visitation will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the church. Burial will follow in New Bethel Zion Cemetery, Greenwich Township. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the church or Caring Hospice Services, 400 Commerce Drive, Suite C, Fort Washington, PA 19034.
