Anna H. Borst

Anna H. (Jacisin) Borst, 82, of Reading, passed away April 8, 2013 in St. Joseph Hospital.

She was the wife of William J. Borst.

Born in Reading on 10/20/30, she was the daughter of the late Joseph J. and Anna E. (Koval) Jacisin.

She was a 1949 graduate of Reading Catholic High School.

Anna was employed for 15 years by the American Casualty Company.

She was a member of St. Paul's Roman Catholic Church and an officer of the Holy Family Society for many years as well as volunteering for various other organizations.

In addition to her husband she is survived by her son, Michael J., husband of Jennifer L. (Abraham) Borst and her granddaughter, Rosalie C. Borst, all of Reading. Also surviving is her sister, Frances M. (Jacisin) Charnigo, Shillington.

Anna was predeceased by her brother, Joseph M. Jacisin.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday at 10 a.m. in St Paul's R.C. Church, 151 N 9th St, Reading, PA 19601. A viewing will be Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. in Edward J. Kuhn Funeral Home, Inc., 739 Penn Ave., West Reading. Burial will be in Gethsemane Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St Paul's Memorial Fund at the above address.
