Anna R. Betz

Anna R. Betz, 95, formerly of Lincoln Park, died October 1, 2012 in Stone Ridge, Myerstown.

Her husband, Richard K. Betz died October 22, 1975.

Born in Birdsboro, she was the daughter of the late Frank H. and Charlotte A. (Dilworth) Rogers.

Anna was a seamstress for Berkshire Knitting Mills for 40 years; later she worked for Pomeroy's Department Store, Reading for 15 years, retiring in 1987.

She is survived by one daughter, Nancy E. Frees, Reading, her grandchildren, Pamela Ann, wife of Steve Reynolds, and their children Kassidy and Steven, Egg Harbor Twp., NJ; and Patrick T. Esterly, Fleetwood. Her son-in-law, Thomas Esterly, Brigantine, NJ also survives her.

Anna was predeceased by one daughter, Shirley Esterly.
